اريد استرداد قيمه التذكره الملغاه بسبب كورونا وشركه الطيران المغربي أكدت لي انه تم استرداد الفلوس للشركه المصدره لتسليمها لي والشركه دي كلمتهم كتير دون جدوى منهم gotogate ليه انا كمان فلوسي مرجعتش ومعايا اتنين كمان على نفس الرحله وطلب الاسترداد لم يستردوا فلوسهم مع العلم ان لي صديقه كانت معايا في نفس الرحله وطلب الاسترداد اخذت فلوسها بايميل من شركه gotogate انا فعلا تعبت من كتر الاتصالات ومحدش يرد اويفيدني

Worst customer agent ever

called 180********, about a miss flight for testing (covid) positive ,some one who call him self a customer service agent with a first name of ISSAM refused to give me his last name , and also refused to let me talk to a supervisor. This guy never ask me for my booking number and didn't know what he was talking about.???

Durante mi viaje el madrid-el Cairo pasando por Casa Blanca el día 14/5 a través de Royal air Maroc número viaje AT971. Perdí el equipaje (mis 2 maletas) a los 2 días me han entregado una y queda la segunda donde están mis pertenencias personales y ropa. La regencia del informe reclamación (). Estoy muy preocupado por vuestra despreocupación y simplemente me encuentro en Dubái de vacaciones de luna miel y no tengo ropa. Una maleta samsunite de color lila dentro de otra más grande de color grey Estoy muy descontento por vuestro servicio. Todos los días hago reclamaciones y llamadas a Egiptair y no son capaces de decirme ni la localización del equipaje

No good service

Operator was very rude and disrespectful. He hasnt even hear my concern and kept saying I should call different department until I hanged up the call. It seemed that he is not eligible of job or position he works for. He should be suspended immediately.

I submitted a claim: case number 0178**** two months ago and I was told it would be resolved asap, until today I have no feedback from the service client. The customer service put you on hold and suddenly disconnect you. The RAM change my schedule and I cant even get the customer service to change my travel plans. I dont have this experience with other Airline customer and client service. All I need now is to have my ticket in voucher to use it a later.

User's recommendation: Hope you don’t have to change trip and u depend on the customer service to do it.

Hello, good morning, its Me Haji juwara Ceesay I booked the with Royal Air Maroc seens 2020, the Airlines cancelled my flight, I'm still waiting for the refund at this moment, and then my Bank card was Stolen and I get another new card, a few months back, and anything you would like to ask me, you can.....

Bad customer service

I have contacted Royal Air Maroc via phone multiple times, and I get hanged on. I get an automated system, when I follow instructions, I get hanged on without anyone answering. Really bad service and communication.

Try them around 5 am. Some one in Morocco will answer the call.

I have been waiting for a refund for about 2 years now. Still no luck.

I was told that it has been approved and it's with the finance office. but......

They change our booking twice and make the vol 5 days ahead of what was . Without any option to deny . We couldn't even get hold of them at all.

Worst company ever in Customer service. They canceled my flight and now it's taking forever to get my refund, on top they are very difficult to reach out... Frustrating!!!

Pcr test question

Refund and poor customer service

Booking ref- W5XFZR TICKET NUMBER- 147241****309 My flight was canceled by Air-Morocco back in November and December two times. I have to cancel my trip. Air Morocco has my money and never provides service for me, and I have been calling for my refund but no answer. I have requested a refund online per air Morocco policy since December. Its been three months since. I am yet to get my money. I need my money this is February, refund my money.

Reschedule my tickets

I called the royal air maroc before booking my tickets they said just vaccins and pcr, I did. time of my flight they said no you can't flight to casabalnca . you have wait 14 days after 2 vaccins, why they didn't tell me when I asked them. Now I want just to reschedule it , they said I have paid 900$ what? That's crazy , and I can't use my secobde ticket to back too . It wasn't my fault , its royal air maroc fault .
